Christus Mother Frances Hospital-Winnsboro (Texas) named Shelly Johnson, RN, BSN, CEO.
Here are three things to know:
1. Previously, Ms. Johnson worked in nursing services at Tyler, Texas-based Christus Trinity Mother Frances Health System for 12 years.
2. In all, she has more than 25 years of nursing and administrative experience.
3. She replaces Janet Coates, RN, BSN, who served as CEO for seven years and recently retired.
"Having been a part of Christus Trinity Mother Frances Health System for more than a decade, I have seen firsthand the importance and value of providing healthcare to our communities with a focus on safety, quality and constantly improving access to much-needed services," said Ms. Johnson in a statement.
