Springfield, Ill.-based Hospital Sisters Health System appointed Brian Charlier president and CEO of HSHS St. Vincent Hospital and HSHS St. Mary's Hospital Medical Center, both in Green Bay, Wis.

1. Mr. Charlier most recently served as COO of HSHS St. Vincent Hospital and HSHS St. Mary's Hospital Medical Center
2. He is also COO of Prevea Health in Green Bay, a position he will continue to hold in addition to his new role.
3. He will assume oversight over HSHS St. Vincent Hospital and HSHS St. Mary's Hospital Medical Center Jan. 1.
