Patricia Liebman, RN, COO of Pittsburgh-based Allegheny Health Network, will retire at the end of the year, according to a Pittsburgh Post-Gazette report.
Here are four things to know about Ms. Liebman.
1. She is retiring after serving as COO since January 2012.
2. Prior to AHN, Ms. Liebman held executive vice president positions at Pittsburgh-based Highmark and Wheeling (W.Va.) Hospital.
3. She was also previously president and CEO of Pittsburgh-based UPMC Health Plan until 2003.
4. AHN spokesman Dan Laurent told the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette Ms. Liebman would stay at her post until her replacement is hired.
