HCA Healthcare (Nashville, Tenn.)
1. Jeff Taylor was named CEO of HCA Florida Orange Park Hospital.
2. Samantha Silverberg was named CFO of Loxahatchee-based HCA Florida Palms West Hospital.
3. Sally Seymour was named CEO of HCA Florida Bayonet Point Hospital in Hudson.
4. Allie Krass was named associate vice president of community engagement for Overland Park, Kan.-based HCA Midwest Health.
5. Patty Howard, MSN, RN, was named chief nursing officer of two Texas hospitals: HCA Houston Healthcare Clear Lake in Webster and HCA Houston Healthcare Mainland in Texas City.
6. Onel Rodriguez was named CFO of HCA Florida Aventura Hospital.
7. Sherrie Somers, DO, was named chief medical officer of HCA Florida's North Florida Hospital in Gainesville.
8. Kim King, RN, ACM-RN, was named vice president of case management at HCA Midwest Health.
9. Carey Estes joined HCA Florida JFK North Hospital in West Palm Beach as vice president of quality.
10. Nicole Carr, DNP, MSN, RN, was named vice president of nursing operations for HCA Midwest Health.
11. Lizette Otero, BSN, was named chief nursing officer at Miami-based HCA Florida Kendall Hospital.
12. Chris Cosby was named CEO of Chattanooga, Tenn.-based Parkridge Health System.
13. Paul Hancock, MD, MBA, was named CEO of Research Medical Center in Kansas City, Mo.
14. Jeremy Owens was named supply chain CEO for HCA Midwest Health.
15. Chad Christianson was named president and CEO of HCA Healthcare's continental division.
16. Jyric Sims, PhD, was named president of HCA Healthcare's West Florida division.
17. Nathan Deal, MD, was named chief medical officer of both HCA Houston Healthcare Clear Lake and HCA Houston Healthcare Mainland in Texas.
18. Sebastian Strom, MD, was named CEO of HCA Florida Largo Hospital.
19. Robert Alphin, MD, was named chief medical officer of HCA Healthcare's LewisGale Medical Center in Salem, Va.
20. Andrew Moore, MD, was named chief medical officer of HCA Healthcare's Gulf Coast Division in Houston.
21. Jay Finnegan retired as CEO of HCA Florida St. Lucie Hospital in Port St. Lucie, Fla., in April.
22. Katie Bruels, DNP, MSN, RN, was named COO of Menorah Medical Center in Overland Park, Kan.
23. Darren DeSimone, BSN, RN, was selected as chief nursing officer of HCA Houston Healthcare Kingwood.
CommonSpirit Health (Chicago)
1. Lilicia Bailey, PhD, was named senior executive vice president and chief people officer of CommonSpirit Health.
2. Chris Spady was named CommonSpirit Health's southeast division vice president of revenue cycle.
3. Nancy Bussani was promoted to executive vice president and chief philanthropy officer, as well as president of the CommonSpirit Health Foundation, at CommonSpirit Health.
4. Marvin O'Quinn retired as president and COO of CommonSpirit in August.
5. Sheri Shapiro was named senior executive vice president and chief strategy officer for CommonSpirit Health.
6. Tim Bricker was named president of CommonSpirit Health's southwest division.
Ascension (St. Louis)
1. Bo Beaudry was named senior vice president, serving as ministry market executive for Ascension Oklahoma.
2. Daniel Jackson was named ministry market executive for Ascension Wisconsin and senior vice president for Ascension.
3. Anthony Meador was named COO of Austin, Texas-based Ascension Seton Medical Center.
4. Kevin Speer was tapped to lead Indianapolis-based Ascension St. Vincent.
5. Jonathan Nalli, who served as CEO and ministry market executive of Indianapolis-based Ascension St. Vincent and senior vice president with Ascension, left his roles.
6. Michael Wiggins was selected as president of Austin, Texas-based Dell Children's, part of Ascension's Texas operations.
7. Robyn Morrissey was named chief strategy officer of Nashville, Tenn.-based Ascension Saint Thomas.
8. Ruth Portacci was named vice president of joint ventures and chief integration officer for Nashville, Tenn.-based Ascension Saint Thomas.
Trinity Health (Livonia, Mich.)
1. Shannon Striebich was named president and CEO of Trinity Health Michigan Market.
2. Stonish Pierce was named president and CEO of Trinity Health's Georgia Region, which includes Athens, Ga.-based St. Mary's Health Care System and Mercy Care in Atlanta.
LifePoint Health (Brentwood, Tenn.)
1. Jennifer Peters was named executive vice president and chief administrative and legal officer of Lifepoint Health.
2. Chris Hutchins was named senior vice president and chief data and analytics officer of Lifepoint Health.
3. Sudandra Ratnasamy was named CEO of Twin County Regional Healthcare, a Duke LifePoint hospital based in Galax, Va.
4. Elmer Polite was named president of Lifepoint Health's eastern division.
Advocate Health (Charlotte, N.C.)
1. Anthony DeFurio resigned as executive vice president and CFO of Advocate Health.
Tenet Healthcare (Dallas)
1. Darrin Cook was promoted from interim to permanent COO of Tenet Healthcare's Massachusetts market and Saint Vincent Hospital in Worcester, Mass.
2. Connie Malave Branyan was named chief strategy officer for Dallas-based Tenet Healthcare's Massachusetts market.
3. Shannon Downing was promoted to chief strategy officer for Tenet Health Central Coast, part of Tenet Healthcare.
4. Christian Bartholomew was named chief human resources officer for Tenet Healthcare's Massachusetts market and Saint Vincent Hospital.
5. Dan Cancelmi, CFO of Tenet Healthcare, is ending his full-time role on Dec. 31. Sun Park will assume the job in 2024.
6. Scott Smith was named market CEO for Tenet’s Healthcare's Memphis market and CEO of Saint Francis Hospital-Memphis (Tenn.).
7. Michele Sinopoli, MD, was named chief medical officer for Saint Vincent Hospital in Worcester, Mass., and MetroWest Medical Center in Framingham, Mass., both part of Tenet Healthcare.
Christus Health (Irving, Texas)
1. Anna Gore, MSN, RN, was named chief nursing officer for Christus Santa Rosa Hospital in San Marcos, Texas.
2. Ahmad Sharif, MD, was named system medical director of clinical informatics at Christus Health.
Providence (Renton, Wash.)
1. Jeremy Zoch, PhD, former CEO of Providence St. Joseph Hospital in Orange, Calif., left his role Sept. 1.
2. Drew Bigby joined Providence Swedish as chief administrative officer for the Central Puget Sound service area.
3. Ranjit Hundal, MD, chief medical officer for Providence in Humboldt County, was named the interim chief executive.
4. Joel Wassermann, MD, was named chief medical officer of Walla Walla, Wash.-based Providence St. Mary Medical Center.
5. James Park, MD, was named chief medical officer at Providence Swedish North Puget Sound in Everett, Wash.
6. Laureen Driscoll, MSN, RN, was named chief executive for the Providence South Division, which includes 17 hospitals in Northern and Southern California.
7. Payam Mohadjeri joined Providence Swedish as the new North Puget Sound chief administrative officer.
8. Brian Chesebro, MD, was named medical director of environmental stewardship at Providence.
9. Guy Hudson, MD, stepped down as chief executive of Renton, Wash.-based Providence's north division April and will step down as CEO of Seattle-based Swedish Health Services on Sept. 30.
10. Cara Beatty, MD, was selected as Providence Clinical Network chief executive for Eastern Washington and Montana.
Baylor Scott & White Health (Dallas)
1. Michelle Stemley, DNP, RN, left her vice president role at Baylor Scott & White All Saints Medical Center - Fort Worth (Texas) and became chief nursing officer of The Woman's Hospital of Texas in Houston in August.
2. Bill Rayburn, MD, parted with the regional chief medical officer title and continues on as CMO of Baylor Scott & White Medical Center-Brenham (Texas) and as an active member of the medical staff. Seth Sullivan, MD, succeeded him.
3. Charles Williams was appointed president of Baylor Scott & White All Saints Medical Center-Fort Worth (Texas) and the Baylor Scott & White Health-North Texas West Region.
