1. Albany, Ga.-based Phoebe Putney Health System named Jacob Collins vice president of revenue cycle.
2. Fayetteville, Ark.-based Washington Regional Medical System named Richard Cina vice president of revenue cycle.
3. St. Louis-based Ascension named Alex Garrison AVP of revenue cycle performance measurement and reporting.
