1. Cincinnati-based UC Health selected Jennifer Jasmine E. Arfaa, PhD, to serve as its first chief experience officer, effective Aug. 6.
2. Joan Coffman, president and CEO of HSHS St. Mary's Hospital in Decatur, Ill., is resigning, effective July 13.
3. Maine Coast Memorial Hospital in Ellsworth and Blue Hill (Maine) Memorial Hospital selected Kristin Cyr, RN, MSN, to serve as senior nursing executive and vice president of patient care services.
4. McKenzie-Willamette Medical Center in Springfield, Ore., named David Elgarico CEO, effective July 30.
5. Albany, N.Y.-based St. Peter's Health Partners selected Michael S. Finegan to serve as president of acute care, effective July 1.
6. Ingalls Memorial Hospital in Harvey, Ill., appointed Jonathan Goble interim president.
7. Salt Lake City-based University of Utah Health Care selected Michael Good, MD, to serve as CEO of the health system, effective this fall.
8. Sheridan (Wyo.) Memorial Hospital tapped Barb Hespen to serve as chief nursing officer.
9. OCH Regional Medical Center in Starkville, Miss., appointed James Jackson administrator and CEO.
10. The 25-bed Calais (Maine) Regional Hospital tapped Francis Lee, MD, to serve as CMO.
11. Philadelphia-based University of Pennsylvania Health System CEO Ralph W. Muller plans on leaving the role in June 2019, after 17 years at the helm.
12. Dallas-based Baylor Scott & White Health named Steven R. Newton president of Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas, effective July 9.
13. St. Paul, Minn.-based Gillette Children's Specialty Healthcare selected Patrick Nolan to serve as its new vice president for finance and revenue and CFO.
14. New Orleans-based Tulane Health System named Hiral Patel CEO of Lakeview Regional Medical Center in Covington, La.
15. Attleboro, Mass.-based Sturdy Memorial Hospital selected Amy Pfeffer to serve as treasurer and CFO.
16. Saint Thomas Rutherford Hospital in Murfreesboro, Tenn., appointed Thomas Roddy COO.
17. HSHS St. Nicholas Hospital in Sheboygan, Wis., tapped Justin Selle to serve as president and CEO, effective Aug. 20.
18. Indianapolis-based Indiana University Health selected Brian Shockney to serve as permanent president of its South Central Region.
19. Indianapolis-based Indiana University Health named Rodney Stevens COO for critical access hospitals in the East Central Region, a newly created role.
20. Bob Trautman, CEO of Saline Memorial Hospital in Benton, Ark., resigned June 26.
21. Litchfield, Minn.-based Meeker Memorial Hospital and Clinics selected Kurt Waldbillig to serve as CEO, effective in September.
22. Regional Medical Center Bayonet Point in Hudson, Fla., named Melanie Wetmore, MSN, RN, chief nursing officer.
23. Friend (Neb.) Community Healthcare System selected John Wilson to serve as CEO, effective July 2.
