1. Boise, Idaho-based Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center President Odette Bolano is resigning, effective July 6.
2. Columbia, Tenn.-based Maury Regional Health appointed Kenny Boyd COO.
3. Watertown, S.D.-based Prairie Lakes Healthcare System, a rural independent system, selected Kenneth DeBoer to serve as president and CEO, effective Aug. 20.
4. Indianapolis-based Community Health Network named Kyle Fisher CFO.
5. Decatur (Ill.) Memorial Hospital selected Larry Hegland, MD, to serve as CMO, effective July 16.
6. Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center in Baton Rouge, La., appointed Stephanie Manson COO.
7. Jeri Nelson, CFO of Portola, Calif.-based Eastern Plumas Health Care, retired June 15.
8. Johnson City, Tenn.-based Ballad Health appointed Kenny Shafer COO of Johnson City Medical Center.
9. Livonia, Mich.-based Saint Joseph Mercy Health System and Muskegon, Mich.-based Mercy Health named Kelly Smith chief strategy officer for the state of Michigan.
