Four integrated delivery systems, two hospital systems, seven individual hospitals and four physician practices received the Healthcare Financial Management Association's 2017 MAP Award for High Performance in Revenue Cycle.
The award recognizes providers "that have excelled in meeting industry standard revenue cycle benchmarks, implemented the patient-centered recommendations and best practices embodied in HFMA's Best Practices for Patient Financial Communications and achieved outstanding patient satisfaction," HFMA said in a news release.
