Cumberland Consulting Group has launched a performance improvement practice to expand its revenue management services portfolio for healthcare providers.
The performance improvement practice aims to help providers improve financial margins and increase operating efficiencies through focused revenue cycle consulting and solutions.
Specifically, Cumberland will work with healthcare organizations to address value-based payments, bundled care arrangements, alternative reimbursement models and risk-based contracts.
