Dallas-based Baylor Scott & White will break ground Nov. 30 on a $49 million medical office building and five-level parking garage to accompany a Frisco hospital project that is already underway, The Dallas Morning News reported Nov. 6.
A health system spokesperson told the news outlet they did not have additional details to share about the 408,675-square-foot-foot building and garage project, but said the region is one of the fastest growing in the country and the system has explored how to keep pace.
Both projects are expected to be completed by May 2025, according to the report.
