Philip Stuart | 60 Critical Access Hospital CEOs to Know 2017

Philip J. Stuart. Administrator of Tomah (Wis.) Memorial Hospital. Mr. Stuart became administrator of Tomah Memorial Hospital in 1995. Under his leadership, the hospital completed a $10 million construction and renovation project in 2005. In March 2017, the hospital announced plans to begin construction on a new $66 million, three-story hospital scheduled for completion in 2019. Mr. Stuart previously served two terms as president of the Wisconsin Hospital Association's western region.
