NorthShore University HealthSystem Glenbrook Hospital (Glenview, Ill.). In addition to being part of NorthShore, a system committed to being environmentally friendly as a whole, Glenbrook Hospital itself is also going green. For instance, it is committed to all six Healthier Hospitals Initiative Challenges. In 2016, the hospital not only received the Greening the OR Recognition Award from Practice Greenhealth, it also received a Greenhealth Emerald Award.
