Central Florida Health Alliance (Leesburg, Fla.). The Central Florida Health Alliance is comprised of Leesburg Regional Medical Center and The Villages Regional Hospital as well as the Care Delivery Alliance, a physician-hospital organization based in Lake County, Fla. CFH was named to the Orlando Economic Development Commission's Top 75 Employers in 2016. The Alliance offers a variety of benefits, such as on-site day care, health and wellness education events, Weight Watchers at Work and discounted massage therapy. Employees of The Villages Regional Hospital are eligible to enroll their children from grade school to high school in The Villages Charter School.
