Joanne Conroy, MD. CEO of Lahey Hospital & Medical Center (Burlington, Mass.). Dr. Conroy joined Lahey Hospital & Medical Center as CEO in June 2014, taking charge of the hospital's goal to enhance operational infrastructure through clinical quality, service, financial and information systems. Dr. Conroy earned her medical degree from Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, completing her residency in anesthesiology and serving as chief resident for one year. Before arriving at Lahey Hospital & Medical Center, Dr. Conroy served as chief healthcare officer for more than five years with the Association of American Medical Colleges.
