Edward Hospital (Naperville, Ill.). The cardiac care team at Edward Hospital provides comprehensive heart care, including treatment for coronary artery disease, heart valve disease, rhythm disorders, heart failure and peripheral vascular disease. Edward Hospital was active in the clinical trial that lead to the approval of the CardioMEMS system, and was one of the first Chicagoland hospitals to implant the device. In 2016, Truven Health Analytics recognized Edward Hospital as a Top 50 Cardiovascular Hospital in the nation. Edward Hospital earned a three-star rating from the Society of Thoracic Surgeons in 2015 and has received Magnet designation from the American Nurses Credentialing Center.
