AnMed Health (Anderson, S.C.). AnMed Health's orthopedic surgery team performs hundreds of knee and hip replacements each year using the latest surgical techniques and technologies at the health system's three hospitals. Along with joint replacement surgery, the health system offers pediatric and adult spinal surgery, arthroscopic knee and shoulder surgery, and arthritis diagnosis and treatment. AnMed Health has received numerous awards for its orthopedic care services, including CareChex's ranking as the No. 1 hospital in South Carolina for orthopedic care and the No. 2 hospital for orthopedic surgery in 2018. Blue Cross Blue Shield Association also designated the health system a Blue Distinction Center for knee and hip replacement.
