Late night talk show host Jimmy Kimmel put out a call to the nation's nurses asking them to share what they hate most about their jobs — and nurses delivered.
Answers varied from nurse to nurse, including everything from dealing with patients' bodily fluids to dealing with patients' families.
Highlights from the video responses include:
- "Scrubs — they are not winter-month friendly."
- "Feeding a patient dinner and then seeing exactly what they ate a couple hours later in a different form."
- "When my patient's family comes in and changes the TV station."
- "They don't take their diet seriously, they don't take their medication and they come in and wonder why they're still having a problem."
- "Explosive diarrhea."
