Mountain View, Calif.-based Omnicell recently launched an integrated services and software program to help improve pharmacy operations through long term face-to-face relationships with its customers.
The Omnicell Performance Center includes a team of pharmacy and supply chain experts who will work with hospital pharmacy leadership to develop long-term goals and assess customer data to implement positive operational changes.
The platform was designed to help hospitals achieve more efficient operations, meet regulatory requirements and improve patient outcomes, according to a company press release.
"We recognize our customers face tremendous challenges trying to optimize their pharmacy operations," said Randall Lipps, founder, president and CEO of Omnicell. "It's no longer sufficient to just provide leading technology. We have to partner with our customers to ensure the highest level of cost containment can be achieved."
