MD Buyline, a Dallas-based healthcare analytics company, surveyed hundreds of healthcare providers across the country regarding customer satisfaction of suppliers' service.
Based on customer feedback, MD Buyline rated suppliers on a scale from 1-10 for the following categories: system performance, system reliability, installation and implementation, application training, and service response time.
Results of the survey are compiled in the User Satisfaction Trending Data Report for the second quarter of 2016.
