Patient Falls Trigger FDA Recall of Mizuho OSI Modular Table Systems

The Mizuho OSI Modular Table Systems have been recalled by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration due to reports of patient falls.

The Mizuho OSI Modular Table Systems are used to position patients during orthopedic trauma, thoracic and spinal surgery procedures.
