Data were pulled from CMS' Hospital Compare and is from October 2013 through September 2014, the most recent data available.
For reference, Florida's average rate for patients reporting their room and bathroom were "always" clean is 70 percent. The national average rate for patients reporting their room and bathroom were "always" clean is 74 percent.
