Becker's Hospital Review has named the following organizations to the 2016 edition of its annual list of 100 hospitals and health systems with great women's health programs.
These hospitals offer award-winning care to women in a variety of specialties, including gynecology, obstetrics, women-focused heart care and women-focused cancer care.
To develop this list, the Becker's Hospital Review editorial team selected hospitals based on national rankings and awards received from several institutions, including U.S. News & World Report national and regional rankings for gynecology, CareChex rankings for women's healthcare, women's health Healthgrades awards, Women's Choice Award's Best Breast Centers list and Baby-Friendly designation from Baby-Friendly USA, the accrediting body for the Baby-Friendly Hospital Initiative in the U.S.
