A lawsuit filed Feb. 24 alleges NewYork-Presbyterian/Columbia University Medical Center in New York City charges patients twice as much as New York law allows for medical records.

Daniel Kandler, owner and CEO of Delray Beach, Fla.-based drug treatment center Chapters Recovery, was arrested Feb. 23 on 93 counts of patient brokering.
