King of Prussia, Pa.-based Universal Health Services has completed its acquisition of London-based Cambian Group's Adult Services Division, which includes 81 behavioral health facilities in the United Kingdom with a combined 1,193 beds.
UHS purchased the behavioral health facilities for $464 million. With the addition of the Cambian Adult Services Division, UHS has 102 facilities with about 2,250 beds in the U.K.
