Indianapolis-based Indiana University Health has entered into a preliminary agreement with Clinton County to begin managing operation of Frankfort (Ind.) Hospital June 1, according to Inside Indiana Business.
Indianapolis-based St. Vincent Health currently manages the hospital but has decided not to renew its lease, which expires May 31, 2017.
Under the preliminary agreement between IU Health and Clinton County, all Frankfort Hospital employees in good standing will be offered employment at the hospital once IU Health begins managing operations, according to the report.
