The affiliation between Dartmouth-Hitchcock and Alice Peck Day Memorial Hospital, both based in Lebanon, N.H., has received regulatory approval, finalizing a deal that has been in the works for more than two years.
"We have worked closely over the past two years to build a good working relationship with D-H, and look forward to continuing these efforts as an affiliated hospital," said Alice Peck Day Memorial President and CEO Sue Mooney, MD.
With the affiliation finalized, Dartmouth-Hitchcock and Alice Peck Day Memorial will move forward with clinical integration opportunities.
Alice Peck Day Memorial is the fourth hospital formally affiliated with Dartmouth-Hitchcock, joining New London (N.H.) Hospital, Mt. Ascutney Hospital and Health Center in Windsor, Vt., and Cheshire Medical Center in Keene, N.H.
