2. University of Michigan to partner with Meijer pharmacies
Ann Arbor-based University of Michigan Health System partner with select Meijer pharmacies in the Ann Arbor area to provide hypertension management services for adult patients.
3. Steward secures $1.25B investment to fund expansion, pay off debt
Steward Health Care System secured $1.25 billion from real estate investment firm Medical Properties Trust that will allow the Boston-based system to expand nationally and pay off debt.
4. Sitka Community Hospital considers integrating operations
Sitka (Alaska) Community Hospital officials are considering combining operations with Juneau-based Southeast Alaska Regional Health Consortium.
5. Decatur County General Hospital, NorthCrest Medical Center affiliation approved
The Decatur County commission approved the proposed partnership between Parsons, Tenn.-based Decatur County General Hospital and Springfield, Tenn.-based NorthCrest Medical Center.
7. CHS to sell four hospitals to Curae Health
Franklin, Tenn.-based Community Health Systems signed a definitive agreement to sell three hospitals in Mississippi and one hospital in Florida to Clinton, Tenn.-based Curae Health.

9. Mayo Clinic Care Network adds Bay area hospital
The Mayo Clinic Care Network, created by the Rochester, Minn.-based Mayo Clinic, signed a formal agreement to add Lakeland (Fla.) Regional Health to the more than 40-member network.
