Here are the top eight factors residents' consider when looking for a place to practice, according to the Merritt Hawkins' 2015 Survey of Final-Year Medical Residents report.
The survey includes more than 1,200 responses. The respondents were asked to rank the following factors, with one being the most important and three the least important. The numbers indicate the percentage of respondents who ranked the factor as most important in 2014.
