Olympia, Wash.-based Providence Health Care, part of Providence Health & Services, has acquired Northeast Washington Medical Group, a multispecialty practice based in Colville, Wash., with 26 physicians and seven advanced practitioners.
The transaction was finalized Jan. 1. NEWMG includes three clinics and will add 118 employees to Providence's ranks.
The group's new name is Providence Northeast Washington Medical Group.
