At the Becker's Hospital Review Annual Meeting in Chicago May 11, Craig Fowler, vice president of recruiting, training and public relations at Pinnacle Health Group, and Jeffrey Freygang, associate administrator at Boys Town National Research Hospital in Omaha, Neb., discussed strategies for developing successful physician compensation models.
Mr. Freygang shared five tips for attracting and retaining physicians:

2. Communicate clear expectations.
