CMS has partnered with a handful of regional organizations to support small practices comprised of 15 or fewer physicians navigate the Medicare Access and CHIP Reauthorization Act's Quality Payment Program.
The initiative will help small practices with reporting under the Merit-based Incentive Payment System track, improving quality, optimizing technology and evaluating options for the second, more advanced track, the Advanced Alternative Payment Model.
The following organizations were designated by CMS to specifically offer support for small practices implementing MACRA.

6. Network for Regional Healthcare Improvement
7. QSource
8. Qualis
9. Quality Insights (WVMI)
10. Telligen
