Former Turing Pharmaceutical CEO Martin Shkreli has started a bidding war on Twitter to win the chance to sock one to the industry's notorious Pharma Boy, reports San Francisco Gate.
Mr. Shkreli published a Twitter message Monday that reads, "I will auction one slap/punch in the face to benefit my friend Mike who passed away & leaves behind a young son who survived cancer."
Mr. Shkreli reported the highest bids were $25,000 and $78,000, as of Sept. 26.
Interested parties are encouraged to submit bids to Mr. Shkreli in a direct message on his Twitter page.
