- Don't be afraid to be vulnerable and connect on an emotional level with your employees, who will respect your honesty and genuine nature.
- Have empathy for every employee, no matter his or her rank. If you demonstrate concern for the well-being of all employees, not just higher-level managers, then people will respect your dedication.
