Toledo, Ohio-based ProMedica has named Michael P. Browning CFO, effective Aug. 8.
Here are three things to know about Mr. Browning.
1. He has more than 25 years of experience in healthcare finance.
2. Most recently, he was CFO of WakeMed Health & Hospitals in Raleigh, N.C.
3. Mr. Browning earned a master's degree in business administration from the University of Louisville (Ky.). He completed his undergraduate studies at Owensboro-based Kentucky Wesleyan College where he majored in accounting and finance.
