The Center for Medicaid and CHIP Services named Andrey Ostrovsky, MD, CMO. Dr. Ostrovsky most recently served as senior vice president of medical affairs at Mindoula Health, a case management company, and CEO of Care at Hand.
Care at Hand is a predictive insights software company Mindoula acquired in May. Rose Strain, vice president of business development for Care at Hand, will take over as CEO.
The Center for Medicaid and CHIP Services is one of six CMS centers. It is the focal point for all national program policies and operations relating to Medicaid, the Children's Health Insurance Program and the Basic Health Program.
Dr. Ostrovsky is a trained pediatrician and practices at Children's National Health System in Washington, D.C.
