1. Brent James, MD, will resign as chief quality officer of Salt Lake City, Utah-based Intermountain Healthcare effective August 26.
2. Mark Marcantano, president and COO of Providence, R.I.-based Women and Infants Hospital resigned July 28.
3. Dennis Laraway, executive vice president and CFO of Houston-based Memorial Hermann, will join Phoenix-based Banner Health as CFO on Sept. 29.
4. Louisville-based KentuckyOne Health dismissed Jewish Hospital President Joseph Gilene and CNO Shawn O'Connor, RN, DNP.
5. David Koontz, CEO of Columbus, Ga.-based St. Francis Hospital, will resign effective August.
