1. Pascagoula, Miss.-based Singing River Health System CEO Kevin Holland is stepping down, effective Oct. 31.
2. Saint Thomas Health taps Michelle Robertson as COO.
3. Henry Mayo Newhall Hospital in Valencia, Calif., selected Ray Moss as vice president and CIO.
4. Dallas-based Tenet Healthcare is replacing longtime CEO Trevor Fetter and "refreshing" the composition of its board of directors.
5. Kaweah Delta Health Care District in Visalia, Calif., named Gary Herbst CEO, effective Sept. 1.
6. Tom Huebner, president and CEO of Rutland (Vt.) Regional Medical Center, announced his plans to retire, effective March 31, 2018.
7. Dignity Health Sierra Nevada Memorial Hospital in Grass Valley, Calif., appointed Jeffrey M. Rosenburg, MD, as its new CMO.
8. Ann Arbor-based Michigan Medicine selected Andrew Rosenberg, MD, as its permanent CIO.
9. Wahiawa (Hawaii) General Hospital tapped Brian Cunningham to serve as CEO.
10. Charleston, S.C.-based Roper St. Francis eliminated the COO role, and current COO Matt Severance — who is also CEO of Roper Hospital in Charleston — is leaving the organization, effective Sept. 30.
11. Lewiston, Maine-based St. Mary's Health System CEO Chris A. Chekouras is stepping down, effective Oct. 6.
12. University of Miami Health System named David Sinclair, MD, permanent chief patient safety and quality officer.

14. Springs Memorial Hospital in Lancaster, S.C., a Franklin, Tenn.-based Community Health Systems facility, selected Page Vaughan to serve as CEO.
15. Centennial, Colo.-based Centura Health appointed Peter D. Banko president and CEO, effective Sept. 1.
16. Ryan Chandler, hospital division president at Columbus (Ga.) Regional Health, is no longer employed by the health system.
17. Blair, Neb.-based Memorial Community Hospital & Health System President and CEO Tim Plante is stepping down, effective Sept. 30.
18. Franklin, Tenn.-based Iasis Healthcare named Jacob Golich CEO of Mountain Vista Medical Center in Mesa, Ariz.
19. Medical City Fort Worth (Texas) selected Terry Loftus, MD, as CMO and Damita J. Williams, BSN, MSN, RN, as chief nursing officer.
20. Abington-Jefferson Health in Abington, Pa., appointed Gerard M. Cleary, DO, senior vice president, chief of staff and CMO.
