1. Western Plains Medical Complex in Dodge City, Kan., appointed Kerry Tirman CEO, effective July 17.
2. Carolinas HealthCare System, headquartered in Charlotte, N.C., named Brian Freeman to serve as Albemarle, N.C.-based Carolinas HealthCare System Stanly president permanently.
3. St. Louis-based Ascension selected Jean Meyer, BSN, MSN, to serve in the newly established role of COO at Detroit-based Ascension Michigan, effective Aug. 1.
4. Burlington, Mass.-based Lahey Health tapped Rick Weiner, MD, as CEO and CMO of Winchester (Mass.) Hospital, effective Oct. 1.
5. New London (N.H.) Hospital, affiliated with Lebanon, N.H.-based Dartmouth-Hitchcock, selected Lisa Cohen to serve as CFO.
