1. John Grah, CEO of St. Louis-based Des Peres Hospital, is leaving his post in mid-January.
2. Craig Marks, president of Mark Twain Medical Center in San Andreas, Calif., resigned.
3. James Flaherty, MD, was appointed chief of surgical oncology at Hartford, Conn.-based Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center as a member of Saint Francis Medical Group.
4. Christine Cassel, MD, president and CEO of the National Quality Forum, will leave her post March 1 to join the leadership team designing the new Kaiser Permanente School of Medicine in Southern California.
5. Nathan Olson, president and CEO of St. Peter's Hospital in Helena, Mont., plans to resign from his post next year.
6. Phelps County Regional Medical Center in Rolla, Mo., promoted Ed Clayton, its current CFO and COO, to the hospital's CEO post.
7. Dave Tigue was appointed president of Irvine, Calif.-based ConcertoHealth's Michigan operations.
8. Springfield, Ill.-based Hospital Sisters Health System named Peggy Sebastian, MSN, president and CEO of HSHS St. Elizabeth's Hospital in Belleville, Ill.
9. The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia named Douglas Hock executive vice president and COO, effective Feb. 1.
10. John Kastanis, president and CEO of Philadelphia-based Temple University Hospital, will leave his post by March 1 to pursue an opportunity to serve as president and CEO of University Hospital, a 519-bed academic medical center in Newark, N.J.
11. John Rodis, MD, was named president of Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center in Hartford, Conn., effective Jan. 1.
12. Takeisha Davis, MD, was named CEO of New Orleans East Hospital, effective Jan. 11.
13. Robert Deininger was named CEO of Orange City-based Florida Hospital Fish Memorial, effective Jan. 11.
14. Lesley Ogden, MD, COO of Samaritan North Lincoln Hospital in Lincoln City, Ore., was promoted to CEO, effective Jan. 1.
15. Thomas Graham, MD, who has served as chief innovation officer of Cleveland Clinic Innovations since 2010, will step down from his position to take a new job at a Florida medical research and treatment facility.
16. Daniel Morissette was named senior executive vice president and CFO of San Francisco-based Dignity Health.

18. Roper St. Francis Mount Pleasant (S.C.) Hospital named Anthony Jackson CEO, effective mid-January.
19. Memphis, Tenn.-based Baptist Memorial Health Care named Beverly Jordan vice president and chief information and transformation officer.
20. Mike Anderson, CEO of Littlefork (Minn.) Medical Center, will leave his post in January to accept a position as executive director of Fair Oaks Lodge, a senior citizens care facility in Wadena, Minn.
