1. San Antonio-based Christus Santa Rosa Health System announced the resignation of President and CEO Ken Haynes.
2. Antelope Valley Hospital in Lancaster, Calif., named Michael Wall president and CEO.
3. Port Huron, Mich.-based Lake Huron Medical Center CEO Rebekah Smith, RN, will retire in spring 2017.
4. Allen Ericson, president of St. Joseph's Hospital in West Bend, Wis., will expand his responsibilities to include president of Froedtert & the Medical College of Wisconsin health network's community hospital division management team.
5. Teri Lux, vice president of patient care services and CNO of Froedtert & the Medical College of Wisconsin's community hospital division, will be promoted to president of Community Memorial Hospital and COO of the community hospital division.
6. Minneapolis and St. Paul-based Children's Hospitals and Clinics of Minnesota named Marc Gorelick, MD, president and COO, effective March 20, 2017.
7. Anna Monnett, RN, Dayton (Ohio) VA Medical Center's chief nurse executive, retired.
8. Mercy Health-Cincinnati appointed Kenneth James president of Clermont Hospital in Batavia, Ohio.
9. New London, Conn.-based Lawrence + Memorial Healthcare CEO Bruce Cummings announced plans to retire.
10. Boston-based Steward Health Care System selected Joseph Weinstein, MD, to serve as CMO.
11. Incoming Detroit-based Henry Ford Health System CEO Wright Lassiter, III, started his tenure at the helm of the organization.
12. Fayette Regional Health System in Connersville, Ind., named Alison Gates COO.
13. Sierra Vista Regional Medical Center in San Luis Obispo, Calif., a Dallas-based Tenet Healthcare facility, appointed Tim Menton interim CEO.
