1. Anthony "Tony" Spezia, president and CEO of Knoxville, Tenn.-based Covenant Health, will step out of his role March 31 to take on a new role as CEO emeritus.
2. Kendall Sawa, RN, CEO of Ilwaco, Wash.-based Ocean Beach Hospital, is leaving his post to take a new job as CEO of Providence Seaside Hospital in Seaside, Ore.
3. St. Mary's Medical Center in West Palm Beach, Fla., named Gabrielle Finley-Hazle CEO.
4. Bakersfield (Calif.) Heart Hospital appointed Michelle Oxford president and CEO.
5. Boston-based Steward Health Care System appointed Deborah Bitsoli president of Morton Hospital in Taunton, Mass.
6. A.O. Fox Hospital in Oneonta, N.Y., named Jeff Joyner president.
7. Mercy Clinic-West, which operates 82 clinics throughout Oklahoma, has two new leaders. C. Kevin Goodwin serves as COO of Mercy Clinic in Oklahoma. Jesse Campbell, MD, was named chief administrative officer of Mercy Clinic in Oklahoma.
8. As of Dec. 1, Richard Lofgren, MD, CEO of Cincinnati-based UC Health, will be the only CEO leading the health system.
9. Northwest Florida Healthcare named Michael Kozar CEO of Northwest Florida Community Hospital in Chipley, Fla.

17. Indianapolis-based St. Vincent Health, a member of St. Louis-based Ascension Health, named Tom VanOsdol, president of the St. Vincent Anderson Northeast Region, as the new COO of clinically integrated systems of care for St. Vincent's HealthCare in Jacksonville, Fla.
18. Melbourne, Fla.-based Wuesthoff Health System named CEOs for two of its medical centers. Ron Gicca was named CEO of Wuesthoff Medical Center – Melbourne. Gary Malaer was named CEO of Wuesthoff Medical Center – Rockledge (Fla.).
