1. Longview (Texas) Regional Medical Center CEO Jim Kendrick will leave his position at the end of July to serve as Network CEO for 10 Oklahoma hospitals affiliated with Franklin, Tenn.-based Community Health Systems.
2. Yuma (Ariz.) Regional Medical Center named Robert (Bob) J. Trenschel, DO, CEO.
3. Green Bay, Wis.-based Prevea Health added Laura Nelson, MD, as the organization's new vice president and CMO—Northern Division.
4. Star Medical Center, a surgical hospital in Plano, Texas, named Amy Binkley CNO.
5. Newton, Mass.-based Atrius Health named Steven Strongwater, MD, president and CEO.
6. River Valley Health Partners in East Liverpool, Ohio hired Gary Gould as interim CEO of the health system and East Liverpool City Hospital.
7. The Erie County Medical Center Corp. appointed Richard C. Cleland as the hospital system's new CEO.
8. Chesapeake (Va.) Regional Medical Center chose retired Rear Adm. Alton L. Stocks, MD, as its new COO.
9. Oakland, Calif.-based Alameda Health System appointed Delvecchio S. Finley CEO.
10. Brentwood, Tenn.-based LifePoint Health appointed Alan Larson south central Virginia market president and CEO for Danville (Va.) Regional Medical Center, effective Aug. 1.
11. Woodrow W. Hathaway Jr., CFO of Trinity Hospital Twin City in Dennison, Ohio, retired after working 41 years in healthcare.
12. Dallas-based Tenet Healthcare named Jeffrey Welch CEO of Palm Beach Gardens (Fla.) Medical Center.
13. Wesley West was chosen as interim CFO of East Liverpool, Ohio-based River Valley Health Partners.
14. Fairbanks (Alaska) Memorial Hospital CEO Mike Powers plans to retire July 1.
15. Jen Chahanovich will become the new president and CEO of Wilcox Memorial Hospital in Lihue, Hawaii on the island of Kauai and CEO of Kauai Medical Clinic.
16. Wesley Medical Center in Wichita, Kan., named Bill Voloch president and CEO.
17. Natrona Heights, Pa.-based Allegheny Valley Hospital has promoted Bill Englert, the hospital's vice president of operations and business development, to CEO.
