1. Fairfield, Calif.-based NorthBay Healthcare appointed Konard Jones CEO.
2. Sharon Pappas, PhD, RN, will join Atlanta-based Emory Healthcare as its chief nurse executive on Nov. 14.
3. Judy Himes, MSN, dropped "interim" from her title earlier this month as Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey (Pa.) Medical Center made her permanent CNO.
4. St. Louis-based BJC HealthCare tapped Chris Watts to serve as president of Barnes-Jewish St. Peters (Mo.) Hospital and Progress West Hospital in O'Fallon, Mo.
5. Deckerville (Mich.) Community Hospital appointed Angela McConnachie, MSN, BSN, RN, CEO, effective Oct. 1.
6. Matt Maxfield, the CEO of Seton Medical Center Harker Heights (Texas), is leaving, effective Nov. 1.
7. Florida Hospital Carrollwood in Tampa welcomed Chris Sauder as vice president and CFO.
8. Evansville, Ind.-based St. Mary's Health System named Dan Parod COO.
9. Coastal Carolina Hospital in Hardeeville, S.C., appointed Joel C. Taylor its new CEO.
10. David Folks, MD, CMO of Concord-based New Hampshire Hospital, will leave the hospital in January.
11. St. Luke's Cornwall Hospital in Newburgh, N.Y., appointed Joan Cusack-McGuirk president and CEO.
12. Columbus, Ohio-based Mount Carmel Health System appointed Edward Lamb president and CEO.
13. Johnson City, Tenn.-based Mountain States Health Alliance tapped Matthew Loos, MD, to serve as vice president/CMO for its Washington County (Tenn.) Market.
14. Houston-based Hospital Corporation of America Gulf Coast Division named Kelli Nations, MHA, BSN, RN, its first chief nurse executive, effective Sept. 30.
15. Lakeland (Fla.) Regional Health promoted Danielle Drummond to executive vice president and COO.
16. Buffalo, N.Y.-based Kaleida Health appointed Darcy Craven president of Millard Fillmore Suburban Hospital in Williamsville, N.Y., and DeGraff Memorial Hospital in North Tonawanda, N.Y.
