1. Michael Pracheil joined Gothenburg (Neb.) Memorial Hospital as CFO.
2. Lawrence (Kan.) Memorial Hospital named Russell W. Johnson president and CEO.
3. Ileana Trevino, CEO of Memorial Hermann Foundation in Houston, announced her retirement after 12 years of leading the system's philanthropic and fundraising efforts.
4. Glenn Costie has was named acting director of the Cincinnati VA Medical Center.
5. Boston-based Brigham and Women's Health Care selected Adam Landman, MD, to serve as the health system's CIO, effective May 2.
6. PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center in Vancouver, Wash., welcomed two new members to its senior leadership team. Wade Hunt was named COO. Ron Benfield was named CFO of the PeaceHealth Columbia Network, which includes PeaceHealth Southwest and PeaceHealth St. John Medical Center in Longview, Wash.
7. Baltimore-based University of Maryland Medical System named Lisa Rowen, DNSc, RN, chief nurse executive.
8. Franklin, Tenn.-based Community Health Systems promoted two executives, effective May 1. Tim L. Hingtgen was promoted to executive vice president of operations. John W. McClellan was promoted to president of division IV operations.
9. Cincinnati-based TriHealth named Brett Kirkpatrick executive director of operations at McCullough-Hyde Memorial Hospital in Oxford, Ohio, effective May 9.
10. Children's Health in Dallas named David Berry president of system clinical operations.
11. Yuma (Ariz.) Regional Medical Center appointed Justin Farren vice president of strategy and development.
12. Doctors Hospital of Laredo (Texas) named Raymond Ramos COO.
13. Al Allred, CFO of Florida Hospital New Smyrna in New Smyrna Beach, resigned.
