10 latest hospital, health system CEO moves

Becker's Hospital Review reported the following hospital and health system CEO moves in the last week.

1. Yakima (Wash.) Regional Medical and Cardiac Center selected Rich Robinson to serve as CEO.

2. Hansen Family Hospital in Iowa Falls, Iowa, appointed Katie Rieks as interim CEO.

3. Hartford, Conn.-based Trinity Health Of New England President and CEO Chris Dadlez is planning to depart at the end of the year.

4. Pascagoula, Miss.-based Singing River Health System CEO Kevin Holland is stepping down, effective Oct. 31.

5. Cleveland Clinic appointed Tomislav Mihaljevic, MD, president and CEO, effective Jan 1.

6. Kaweah Delta Health Care District in Visalia, Calif., named Gary Herbst CEO, effective Sept. 1.

7. Tom Huebner, president and CEO of Rutland (Vt.) Regional Medical Center, announced his plans to retire, effective March 31, 2018.

8. Wahiawa (Hawaii) General Hospital tapped Brian Cunningham to serve as CEO.

9. Lewiston, Maine-based St. Mary's Health System CEO Chris A. Chekouras is stepping down, effective Oct. 6.

10. Springs Memorial Hospital in Lancaster, S.C., a Franklin, Tenn.-based Community Health Systems facility, selected Page Vaughan to serve as CEO.
