With the launch of its Virtual Health Solutions, Xerox Healthcare hopes to increase access to and use of telehealth services.
The solution offers a telehealth strategy for providers to integrate into their care delivery system, including EHR coordination.
Virtual Health Solutions is comprised of three key areas: virtual health consulting services where Xerox will help providers develop virtual health strategies, an interface design and development service to address interoperability challenges, and the clinic services to allow providers to virtually connect with patients.
"Healthcare organizations need to prepare for an 'anytime, anywhere' paradigm — one in which care is typically delivered outside the four walls of a hospital," said Connie Harvey, COO of Xerox Healthcare Business Group.
