Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, Tenn., plans to upgrade its EHR system, and is deciding between Epic and Cerner's platforms.
The systemwide selection project, called Clinical System 2.0, seeks a replacement for McKesson's Horizon clinical application suite, whose clinical application solutions are being dissolved in 2018.
Vanderbilt University Medical Center plans to make a decision Aug. 24.
