Top 5 personality traits of Google, IBM & Oracle CEOs

The No. 1 most valuable leadership trait is intellect, according to a Paysa report.

The career advisor platform used Watson Personality Insights API to analyze books, essays, interviews and speeches from the CEOs of prominent business. Paysa compiled the findings in a report detailing which personality traits industry leaders exhibited.

Here are the top five personality traits for three tech leaders.
