Vince Kelly, Chief Executive Officer of Spok, Inc. and Hemant Goel, President of Spok Inc. recently discussed critical communications in the healthcare industry with Corporate Review's Jackie Bales.
During the interview, Kelly identified one of the main focuses of communications being the industry's goal to increase care delivery to patients while decreasing costs. Goel said that Spok is helping meet these challenges by focusing on the speed of communication and short turn-arounds to meet these challenges.
