Siemens Healthcare to become tenant at The Global Center for Health Innovation in Cleveland: 4 things to know

Siemens Healthcare's U.S. business is headquartered in Malvern, Pa., but the company is eyeing a location in Cleveland, according to a DOTmed report.

Here are four things to know.

1. Siemens Healthcare has announced plans to become a tenant of The Global Center for Health Innovation, which is housed in the Cleveland Convention Center complex, according to the report.

2. Siemens Healthcare would be the center's 20th occupant. Other tenants include GE Healthcare, Cleveland Clinic, Cisco and more.

3. Siemens Healthcare has invested nearly $2 million in its space in The Global Center for Health. The space includes virtual imaging and diagnostic capabilities, according to the report. The company is planning further ways to display its technology.

4. The move to The Global Center for Health has resulted in 24 new jobs, according to the report.
